We occasionally have return laundry ladders that have imperfections or our eagle eyed warehouse staff will discover a damaged box and with closer inspection will reveal a slightly imperfect laundry ladder. As a company that hates waste we are now offering these perfectly imperfect laundry ladders at a reduced price. They are sold as imperfect and therefore they are non-refundable, and are randomly selected.
Our imperfect laundry ladders are still fully functional, many of the faults are minor and therefore only you will know. The imperfections include paint cover flaws, minor dents or hairline splits in the wood, or slight misalignment.
They are sold on a first come first served basis !

Please allow an extra 6cm to the width for the spindle, which is used to guide the cord on the side you operate it.

We dispatch next working day. Delivery can take between 2 - 4 working days.
All orders placed and paid for by 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are dispatched the next working day.
Northern Ireland, highlands and islands may take an additional day.
Southern Ireland is now EU so our products are sent with DAP Shipping Terms. We will not Charge VAT on your order but you will have to pay duty to clear Irish Customs.
We use DHL for Our Laundry Ladders, all other products are sent with Evri or Royal Mail.
Pre ordered Items will be dispatched as soon as they are back in stock – we will keep you informed of any delays either through the email address on your order or on the page relating to the item ordered.
Extreme weather and other unseen circumstances may cause delivery delays - when possible we will provide updates either through the email address on your order or on this page.
Delivery outside the UK please contact us for a shipping quote, we will send under DAP shipping terms, duty will have to be paid by you the customer to pass through your local customs clearance.
